Airtel partnered with BYLD Group’s Bespoke Division to enhance retail sales and brand experience in the Delhi Circle. The project, named ‘Lakshya Bharti,’ aimed to revamp key customer touchpoints and streamline operations for improved performance.
The BeSpoke Division deployed 30 trainers from BYLD’s DTCI BeSpoke Division, strategically placed across four crucial customer touchpoints: Welcome, Collections, CSAs (Customer Service Associates), and FSOs (Field Sales Officers). The initiative targeted 600 agents, with a meticulous ratio of 1:24, ensuring a comprehensive reach from Field Mentors to Feet on Street.
