Oklahoma Gas & Electric (OG&E), a Fortune 1000 Company serving 750,000 customers, had culture problems. There were communication barriers, a lot of finger pointing among the employees, and a lack of alignment round the Key Results. People in the company didnȢt feel that they could make a difference because they didnȢt really know what the Key Results were. The Executive Team knew something had to be done, and so in 2009 they rolled out the Culture Track Training for all of their 3,000+ employees.
